Message	Evaluated. If they cool great but kill 5psi of boost, well that sucks. conversely, if they have a 0.5psi drop but only cool the charge by 10 degrees, that's junk too. There needs to be some kind of q ratio (may even exist, I don't know) to evaluate the tradeoff of flow vs cooling.
